better to seek help from within more than without,better to seek help from learning more than within .
self-help is better than help from others;Applying to others for help is not as good as applying to oneself;
Better depend on oneself than ask for help from others;Better to do a thing oneself than ask help from others;
God helps those that help themselves;It's better to ask of one's own folk thanof outsiders;
Near is my shirt, but nearer is my skin;Relying upon oneself is better  than relying upon others.

At this time last year I began learning english ,so far already one year ,but I still can't speak it fluently,just can read some simple articles.

as I study day after day ,I find out it's so interesting,cause though this ,I can meet so many good friends all over the world ,I am so appreciated that those friends bring me not only friendship but also cultures of their country ,I think I will continue keep studing and  widing my view.

every day is a brand-new day ,improving myself  of body and mind!
